All Arm-V products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
You can contact Arm-V support if:
Arm-V products at the date of purchase have visible damage or do not correspond to the declared functions (if you follow the instructions, the functionality does not work);
Within 1 year from the date of purchase, the Arm-V product has been found to be faulty with proper use.
The warranty does not cover:
in the presence of mechanical damage;
in case of damage caused by improper use (actions not according to instructions, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress);
by immersion in water, repairs or structural changes to any part of the product.
In accordance with this warranty, Arm-V will replace the eligible product with a new or equivalent product.
